filling breakfast fresh fruit lovely pool
i stayed in a superior room. the breakfast was very filling with fresh fruit. the pool was a lovely feature. the staff even packed us a lunch on the day of my departure.

decent stay BUT room issues
clogged sink inconsistent pressure
there WERE some issues . the bathroom sink was clogged. the water pressure in the shower was inconsistent, with bursts of alternating hot and cold streams. i think the hotel should take care of these things better.

Wonderful Stay with Really good Service
kind staff lovely food
The staff was super kind. The food was lovely. Portions were abundant. Soaps and bathroom products were artisanal and local. The riad was cool inside even though it was hot outside. Beautiful plants and decorations filled the space.
The bed linen was like poor quality.

The riad is just a short walk from the main square. It is convenient for catching taxis. The location is quiet despite being near a busy shopping street.

Our suite included a private patio near the pool. Rooms were large and nicely designed. Common areas included a roof deck for dining. There are also comfortable lounging areas.

Breakfast included natural orange juice, Moroccan breads, and omelets. The staff accommodated food allergies. They also helped us find a gluten-free birthday cake. The food was AMAZING!!!

The staff sent someone on foot to meet us and guide us there. Mohamed arranged transportation to dinners. He also provided helpful information upon our arrival. All staff members were friendly and helpful.

worn bed linen clogged sink
the staff were always helpful it was acceptable
the bed linen felt quite worn it wasn't what i expect from a place like this the bathroom sink was clogged too water pressure in the shower changed a lot from hot to cold i found that quite annoying.
